*Skipping Issues
1) If the record skips, please check the tonearm and tracking force settings.
2) If you are using an all-in-one turntable, please try playing the record on a different turntable.
– Returns or exchanges are not accepted for skipping issues caused by the playback equipment.
3) If playback is interrupted by static electricity or dust, please clean the record with a dedicated cleaning product before playing.
*Disc Irregularities
1) Due to the nature of the heat-based vinyl manufacturing process, the disc surface may sometimes warp.
– If playback is unstable, using a record stabilizer can help ensure smoother playback.
2) The center hole may be manufactured to a smaller diameter to minimize audio distortion and maintain consistent performance during repeated play.
– If the disc does not fit the turntable spindle, you can adjust the center hole using a dedicated tool.
3) Occasionally, there may be minor surface scratches or imperfections in the finish.
– Returns or exchanges are not accepted if these do not affect playback quality.
*Color Discs
1) Due to the manufacturing process, color variations or slight blemishes may occur on color discs.
2) The actual color of the discs may differ from the images shown on the website.
– This is not considered a defect; returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Shipping date

Refund & Exchange
